Ingredients
Chicken - Boneless - Breast - Thighs: 2 lbs Fresh - Ginger: 100gms, Garlic: 5 cloves, Green Pepper: 1, Yellow Onions: 1 Spices: Chicken Tandoori Masala powder (MDH), Salt, Peprika, Onion Seeds (Kalonji, sue_key May_thee (Kasturi) Juices: half cup Orange juice, and 5 tsp lemon Others: Tomato Puree (Hunts)
Cooking Instructions
- Dice the onions, ginger, garlic - Cut the chicken in small pieces - Put the other ingredients - Mix them togather - Leave it for 1 hr or more - Stir fry in a little bit of oil - When half done - say in 5-7 minutes - put 3-4 tsp of tomato puree (Hunts) - When about to be done - Put Sue_key May_thee - Also, if you like it a little creamy - put Once cooked - you could make small freezer bags to store cooked checken for later use also.
