Bhatura : Indian Food & Cooking Recipes

Ingredients
All purpose flour 1 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tablesppon
Vegetable oil for frying
Water

Cooking Instructions
Mix all purpose flour and baking powder. Add yogurt to the this mixture and mix well. Add little water as you are mixing.
Knead the above mixture into a medium soft dough.
Set the mixture in a warm place for 2 hours or so.
Divide into balls of equal portions.
Apply some flour and roll into thick puries like shape.
Deep fry these puries.
Serve hot with Punjabi Chole or Chaana Masala.
