Onion Chutney : Indian Food & Cooking Recipes

Ingredients
3 onions, chopped finely
2 table spoons white vinegar or 2 tbsp lime juice(freshly squeezed)
2 table spoons red chilli powder
Salt

Cooking Instructions
Mix the red chilli powder and salt (according to taste) with the vinegar or lime juice.
Add this to the chopped onions and mix well.
This chutney does not keep well for long.
It's best when eaten fresh.
This will yield about 2 cups of chutney
