Ingredients
Red Lentils - 1 cup Onion - Half Chilli Powder - According to Taste Salt - According to Taste Turmeric - A pinch Cumin & Mustard seeds - 1/2 tspn OIl - - 1 tspn
Cooking Instructions
Cut onions into Lenght wise pieces and soak in water, Now take a nonstick pan and add oil to it add cumin & Mustard seeds after they splutter add the the onions without water and fry them till light brown and now the red lentils into the fried onion mix them and now add quater cup of water and mix it and now cook it on low flame until water soaks
now add the turmeric,salt and chillipowder.
u can serve with chapati it will be yummy when served hot
